Rental Policies
| Credit Cards | We must have a valid credit card number on file before you will be able to rent items. |
| 4 Hour Rentals | Items must be returned by closing time of the day rented. No 4 hour rentals after 1:00 Monday-Friday or 11:00 on Saturday. Items not returned within four hours will be charged for a full day. |
| Daily Rentals | Daily rentals are for 24 hours for iems without meters. Metered equipment is charged by the time actually used with an 8 hour/per day minimum. |
| Overnight Rentals | Overnight rentals must be picked up between 4:00 PM and closing Monday through Friday and returned by 8:00 AM the next morning. Late returns will be charged the full day price. |
| Weekly Rentals | Weekly rentals are for a seven day period beginning and ending at the same time of day. Metered equipment is charged by the time actually used with a 40 hour minimum. |
| Insurance | You may purchase insurance on the item rented for 10% of the rental fee charged. You are responsible for the item until it is returned. We may pick up the item or charge the replacement fee to your credit card if it is not returned in a timely fashion. |
| Cleaning | You are responsible for cleaning the item before returning it to the store. If the item is not returned clean, a cleaning fee of $25.00 per hour will be charged. The minimum cleaning fee is 1 hour. |
